My baby has a eczema liked texture on her neck, its dry, it was previously look like rashes. I have stoped using baby oils or creams only balms but never on her neck. So it might be soap or maybe detergent or maybe, cat? But i dont let my cat around my baby tho.
Do you have any recommendations for soap or detergents?
