Not Babbling yet

My baby is 9 months and does not babble yet. Is it late or some babies start to babble later?

any update po sa babies nyo? pano po kaya i-encourage yung baby ko mag-babble. mag 8 months na kasi sya. #preemiebaby

he learned na. he just woke up one day in early april then started babbling. 😅
