If the smell is new, and especially if he has other signs like fever or constant rubbing of the ear, you may want to bring him back to the doctor.. if there’s nothing, at least for assurance and peace of mind
No fever or anything else beside running of both the ears. But I brought him to the paediatrician also because he was rubbing his ears. That's when Dr checked his ears and told me he had abit of wax
