Either direct breastfeed or pump regularly. Advicable 3-4 hour once. Eventually it will be more and more. Beside that can try consume papaya and pumpkin in cooking or desserts. It work well for me. Beginning can try 1 session formula, 1 session breast milk. Try slowly move on to fully breast milk to baby as time goes by regardless direct breastfeed or bottle.

My nurse said, when giving the baby milk either from milk that u have pumped or formula milk, try using the syringe we used when we are giving child medication fever. So that, the baby will not get used to easy bottle sucking method, and work hard when direct breastfeeding. 😊 hope this helps.

Don't pump during confinement. Stop giving formula milk too. It's too early. The more you give direct from breast, the more milk you'll get. Baby suckling n pump are not the same, baby gets more milk by sucking. Focus on breastfeeding during pantang pls.

sis boleh cuba s2s (skin to skin) means sis duduk dlm 1bilik yg xterang, sunyi, bukak baju bby n baju sis bagi baby kt dada hampir dgn nipple biar dia cium bau susu tu lpas tu bg dia isap susu sis... mang mula2 mcm dia nk muntah tp lama2 dia akn terima direct feeding...

sis it not low supply of breastmilk but it a amount demand of your bby, 2oz is more then enough for bby 20days... n of u like to bf ur bby u should regularly direct feeding ur bby.. my bby 2month olso demand 2oz per feed only...

1. minum milkbooster untuk tambah susu 2. pam setiap 2 jam ( kalau malam setiap 4 jam pun takpe ) 3. minum banyak air masak 4. untuk saya, air horlick dan roti jagung dpt bantu tambahkan susu 5. urut susu

Baby first sy susu sikit. Now baby second alhamdulillah banyak susu.. Sy rajin minom milo o panas Pergi berurut utk urat susu kerap bf minom air mineral banyak.. semoga membantu sis. inshallah

its okay.. just direct bf your baby every 2hrs.. it will stimulate your brain to produce more milk.. think positively always remember that your milk is always enough for your baby 😘

byk kan skin to skin dgn baby. biar ada rangsangan bila bau mommy nye. keep breastfeed ur baby . dont give up. think positive n always happy. goodluck dear mommy

dlm pantang, menu mknn harian wajib ada sawi, lobak putih..slain berurut utk urat susu.. n for me, consume milk booster such as brand moeder..

same with me..i also like that,but until now..and how can i change fully breastfeed like u?can u share with me?
