Always eat in moderation momsh. And di naman po bawal uminom ng malamig na tubig, wag nalang siguro nagyeyelo, baka naman manakit lalamunan mo sa lamig. Softdrinks po siguro i-limit mo. Matamis kasi yun, madaling tumaas ang sugar pagbuntis. Eat healthy foods —veggies, fruits, oats, etc.
mas iwasan mo yung softdrink sis...bawal po tlaga yan nkakalaki ky baby.
