ask poh sino nkaexperience ng matigas n poops ayaw lumabas kea bloody poh after....anu poh dpt gawin???

Drink more water, (more than 2L a day, walk more, eat more leafy vegetables / rootcrops avoid eating banana or other food that may cause constipation :)
