Lahat ng sobra masama. Alternate mo nlang din Mommy gulay, isda, itlog tapos karne :)

Kung yun lng po knakain y Nyu, baka po. Dpat balanced diet.. hehe
Di naman sis pero in moderation lang, tska wag ung matatabang part
hindi naman wag lang sobra kasi baka mahirapan ka dumumi π
