Pareho tayo sis kung hindi naman tinapay, biscuit kinakain ko pero i make sure kapag yan lang kinain ko sinamahan ko ng prutas din para kahit papaano may healthy foods pa din.
sabayan mo po ng eggs sis para may protein ka, kasi carbs lang yun. dapat may variety mga kinakain mo para may nutrients ka sis.. fruits, veggies, meats, tapos carbs

Mahilig din ako sa tinapay, okay naman weight ni baby ko and di naman mataas sugar ko so I guess wala naman problema pero in moderation pa din.
Ok lang but keep in mind na carbohydrate rin ang tinapay na nagiging sugar pag nadigest. Kapag sumobra nakakalaki sa baby.
