Hi mumsh, I gave birth via CS din, I was advised by my OB na sundan ko after 5 years, so ayun after almost 8 years namen nasundan. 2months old na baby ko ngayon. Worried din ako kasi gusto ni hubby sundan pa, baka magkababy girl na daw π though hindi pa kame nag do, sabi ni OB, natural contraceptive ang pure breastfeeding. Then after 6mos pwede na mag family plan na prefered ko, like IUD, injectable or pills. I was confident na after 3yrs ko pa masusundan pero reading your question and other mumshies' comments, parang need ko yung contraceptive asap π kung anjan na yan mumsh, doble ingat nlang π and always visit your OB para mamonitor closely..
