ask ko lng kung ok lang bawasan ang pagkaen ng rice feeling ko kasi ang taba taba ko na at madami na din nagssabi na manas na daw ako im 22weeks preggy. thanks sa mga sagot

Pwede naman as long as you eat more fruits, veggies and meat for protein. My OB advise me to intake rice as small as yung pang takal ng bigas lang hehe.
