As for me, di talaga ako umiire kahit gano pa katigas at kalaki yung tae talagang tinitiis ko muna makaramdam ako na taeng tae na talaga 😂 tas habang nag iintay ako lumabas ng kusa yung tae umiinom inom ako ng maraming tubig. Mas mabuti kung simula ngayon lahat ng uulamin mo may sabaw at gulay tas yakult yakult at uminom ng maraming tubig araw araw lambot yang tae mo agad haha

Momsh, pag malaki na tiyan mahirap na talaga. Yun sa akin kasi nung una chill lang poops ko. Nung lumaki na tiyan grabe ang hirap na. Nag manual ako. Takot kasi akonh umiri lalot high risk ako. Kahit kumain ako ng papaya at madami tubig hirap na talaga.
Mommy ang hirap pag magka almo. Sa akin pinagsabihan ako ng OB ko nuon na sana daw ininom ko resita niya na Lactulose, hindi sana ako magka almo.
Sa tanong mo mommy na bawal ba umire ang buntis kapag dumidumi, ang payo sakin ng mga mommies, wag pwersado dapat. Upang hindi tumagas ang dumi, iincorporate sa iyong diet ang fiber at more fluid, lalo water.

Pwede po wag lang masyado. Kung hirap pong dumumi, drink a lot of water lang po. Try nyo din kumain ng papaya, makakatulong yun.

Ok lang yan normal lang umire satin lalo't kadalasan sa poop natin eh matigas talaga, hindi naman lalabas yang baby mo eh. Iba naman mararamdaman mo kung bata ang lalabas oh poop.
