ask ko lang po kung ano maganda gawin para mawala po khit papano yung manas? 8months preggy po ako. ngayong 7months lng ako nagsimula n magmanas.

Eat less salty food. Elevate your legs especially when sleeping. I do that everyday. Manas din ako, no hypertension naman but my feet are not super swollen. I'm due any day now.
