Homemade sausage

So apparently, my boy LOVES sausages. But I don’t like him eating processed foods. How do I make them? Anyone knows any recipe for homemade chicken/beef sausage?

It is difficult to make sausages at home without proper equipment. You could take some ground meat, season it with herbs of your choice, and shape it into a sausage and cook it like a burger.
