If you ask me, I would like to suggest few things Folic acid jer tk cukup puan. Saving!Saving tuh sgt² penting sbb harga brg smakin naik! Arini rm10 esok blh jadi rm20 terus. So make sure you & your husband have better saving. Next make sure, you guys have supportive people around!Especially for yourself, mgandung saje tk penting, but you have to think mgandung, mlahirkan anak, and mbesarkan mereka. Especially first few years after give birth because the struggle is real. So you have to prepare medically, physically, financially and mentally is very IMPORTANT. ALL THIS BASE ON OWN EXPERINCES🙏

Klu nak tmbah lain dptkn nasihat doctor dlu. 2) regularly exercise bukan utk kurus tp stay active. Stress free. 3) eat healthy. Moderate portion. Cut sugar & processed food. Nak tau resepi2 ttc, blh follow group Diet TTC dlm facebook. Ada nutririonist khas for fertility dlm tu slalu share tips2. 4) track waktu subur tp xyah smpai stress. Relax2 je. 5) klu dah ttc lama, better check fertility both husbnd & wife 6) paling penting jgn stress. Enjoy the process

bagi saya kene sedia kn mental, dan fizikal preggy ni seronok tp terasa penatnya tmbh2 awl trimester klu alahan teruk.. n hujung2 kadungan dh berat,.. jaga permakanan, kene jaga kesihatan klu kene ada or kene penyakit masa pregy susah temu janji pun akan lebih so masa kita lbh kepada p kk kat situ pun stress kn.. amalkan jaya hidup sihat tu penting bab makan tu saya X kesah sangat asal ada makan sayur n buah yg cukup dah memadai
