Need to watch ur sugar intake through diet control. Avoid fruits which are sweet like mango, watermelon etc and limit white bread and white rice. All these will contribute to high blood sugar level.

Me, my Gynae has been constantly reminded me not to consume food/drink with high sugar too including eating snacks. Have healthy snacks like fruits, salad and nuts instead.

Unfortunately no. It’s only until final trimester when I was diagnosed to have GDM then need to watch sugar intake very closely through diet control.

No.. failed the glucose test. Then only start to control my diet. : ( Too much craving for sweet things..
