I hv the same prob. Tap advised to email grab. but received a reply frm grab to use the app help centre instead. 😒 So..quite a ding dong. To date, hv yet to receive help frm grab. 😂 Gt yrs settled?
Omg! Yes quite ding dong. I called Grab, they said cant do anything cause they do not have access to our points record. Asked me to call TAP, which I did but no answer. End up emailing TAP with screenshots of the error. Hopefully they’ll respond. Somemore they deducted the reward points already! 😒
