Tried many times. Grab and TAP just kept pushing me from one to another. πŸ˜’

I hv the same prob. Tap advised to email grab. but received a reply frm grab to use the app help centre instead. πŸ˜’ So..quite a ding dong. To date, hv yet to receive help frm grab. πŸ˜‚ Gt yrs settled?

Omg! Yes quite ding dong. I called Grab, they said cant do anything cause they do not have access to our points record. Asked me to call TAP, which I did but no answer. End up emailing TAP with screenshots of the error. Hopefully they’ll respond. Somemore they deducted the reward points already! πŸ˜’
