Hi, anyone of you take Iberet as supplement? May I know how you guys take it? I mean when do you take it? And did you still take Obimin?

Me here since trimester 2 as they didnt provide me any supplement, so i bought it myself.. i took it either 2 hrs b4 breakfast or 1 hr after.. i cant eat obimin as it caused me nausea..
