OBIMIN and Gastric

I was given OBIMIN as my supplement by my gyena. And I was adviced that if gastric structs real bad, I need to stop consuming it for a while and try again. Do you moms have better ways to consume this supplement? How do you avoid gastric, heartburn and migraine? did u ate 1st before u take the meds? coz my doctor said for gastritis have to mke sure u ate 1st then take the meds after 1 hour eat..but must not consume it with milk

I did, but doc didn’t say I have to wait 1 hour.. he only said take it after I ate some rice.. and same thing happened. Gastric attacked, I also got heartburn and migraine at the same time. I’m gonna have to wait for my next check up to consult with my doc again. But I will try waiting an hour before taking obimin, and see if it works.
