Yes! Very possible po. I was also diagnosed with PCOS after my 2nd baby. I was even told na impossible na for me to have another because of it, which I didn't mind initially kasi dalawa naman na ang anak ko. Didn't take any medication or pills at all... We welcomed our 3rd blessing in 2017 😊
