Ako po last march ko lang nalaman na may pcos ako nag diet po ako wala akong ininom na gamot no carbs po dapat ang diet 3mos pregnant na po ako and panalangin lang po🙏😊

Yes, meron akong PCOS since college then ng tatake ako ng Diane35 pills to regulate my cycle. Then maintained my weight na, ng stop na din ako ng pills kse ok na menstruation ko then nka buo na din.

Yes ako po 2016 may pcos ako. Nagdiet po ako tas exercise lang netong jan.2019 tas samahan ng prayers. Pag ka march nabuntis po ako ngayon 26weeks preggy na ako. 🙏

Ako po meron, after ko magkaron ng 1st baby. Pero now magkakaron na ulit ng 2nd baby after 7 years of trying. Just eat healthy food and consult sa OB po.
