sis wag mu muna gamitin mat leave mu pede ka request kay OB ng rest then ipasok sa sss sickness notification, gnyan ginawa q eh. basta ubos muna yung sl at vl mu sa work pede na ipasok sa sss as sickness notification then tagged sakin sa ofc Medical Leave
