Hi. Anyone knows what is this? Is this dry skin & heeling? It started out as spots after i send my son to my MILS. Dont know its a product they use on him or new clothes which they didnt wash first. My son is okay though, no crying or showing sign of pain. Is this eczema or anything that should worry me? Should i see the doctor?
