Do we need folic?

Hi, anyone know if folic is required n when to start? I am a ivf patient w NUH. Recently tested positive. Clinic only prescribed all other ivf medication for pregnancy so I am not sure if I need to take folic. Thank u.

Yes it’s crucial for first trimester or when ttc because it helps with the neural tube formation. I get mine from Holland and barrett. It’s tiny and easy to consume daily. Watson or guardian is fine too

Need to check with your gynae bcz from what i know, folic acid is crucial for at least the first trimester. And congratssss!!! 🥳

I’m ivf patient w NUH and test positive 2 days ago, my dr prescribed folic acid to me, actually u can go guardian to get it

Hello fellow NUH ivf patient :) Just went for my dating scan n I asked the doc about it. I think they forget to prescribe folic earlier when I tested positive. So they nw then prescribed me.

I am with KKH and am still taking folic acid. Nurse says to continue till doc states otherwise.

Yes. Need folic acid especially during first trimester. Im ivf patient with kkh
