Do we need folic?

Hi, anyone know if folic is required n when to start? I am a ivf patient w NUH. Recently tested positive. Clinic only prescribed all other ivf medication for pregnancy so I am not sure if I need to take folic. Thank u.

Yes it’s crucial for first trimester or when ttc because it helps with the neural tube formation. I get mine from Holland and barrett. It’s tiny and easy to consume daily. Watson or guardian is fine too
