Yes. Must wait longer than for vaginal delivery. Need to heal inside before can massage. Some people say can massage after 2 to 4 weeks but I don't believe you should. I still felt pain inside which means u are not ready for the tummy to be massaged. I waited til about 6 weeks after c sec to start post natal massage.

I did mine after 2 weeks of giving birth but the masseuse made sure not to massage my tummy area but did a light one on our last session.
