Post natal after csect

How many week after c sect did you do your post natal massage ? My masseuse told me usually by 3rd week can do else wind will enter body but im scared as of 2 weeks++ my incision still hurt and sting a little every now and then. Not sure if still ok to proceed altho they wont touch the incision.
