Be active, kung di nman din maselan, wag lagi upo, lakad lakad minsan lalo sa umaga. Kain more on fruits, vegetables, intake more water, bawas ng kaunti sa mga karne lalo Baboy, baka, kung kakain man make sure na sobrang lambot pra hindi hirap tunawin sa bituka, minsan kain din ng oatmeal. Take note stay hydrated.

Try mong uminom ng apple juice or kaya plum juice kung may mabibilhan ka jan sa inyo. Pwede rin naman ang kape, kaso not advisable dahil it contains caffeine. Lastly, papaya! Sa umaga mo kainin para bandang hapon or gabi dun na lalabas yung dumi mo.

Drink lots of water po ako and keeping fruits and vegetables on my diet. Helpful din po yong maternal milk natin.

Drink more water Mommy. Saka pala nakatulong din sakin yun Anmum and probiotics drinks like yakult or delight.

Kumakain ako ng hinog na papaya. Hahaaha... bawal daw yun pero wag lang yung hinog na hinog...

Water lang sis ska po hinihintay ko na lng po na kusa pra hindi nag strain sa pag ire hehe

Kain lang fruits (specially apple) and leafy veggies. Also more water lang.

Drink lots of water and prune juice. Eat green, leafy vegetables too.

Prune juice. Very effective po. May nabibili sa mercury drug.
