Ang taba ko na ? Simula nung nabuntis ako 'til now. Any diet suggestion/s mga mommies na hindi nakakaapekto since breastfeed po si baby?

When breastfeeding, you can't really go on a diet to the point na you're starving yourself already. Balanced diet lang, more fruits and veggies and less carbohydrates. Limit the intake of rice, siguro 1 cup per meal would suffice and sabayan mo ng exercise. Ako kasi I don't have time to exercise that's why my tummy is still big after giving birth.
