6 week plus and sleep more than 5 hours throughout the night without feeding is it normal? Should I wake him up for feeding? I realise he was feeding 2-3 hrs in rhe day. 90-120 ml each time. He was 90ml since 3rd week but on the 5th we realise it has no longer satisfied him so after adding 30ml he stopped crying after feeding (90 + 30) and eventually we feed him 120.

Hey there! Congratulations on your little one! It's totally normal for babies to start sleeping longer stretches at night around 6 weeks old. Every baby is different, so some may start sleeping longer earlier than others. If your baby is sleeping more than 5 hours without feeding and seems content during the day, it's likely that they are getting enough to eat. It's great that you're paying attention to your baby's feeding patterns and adjusting as needed. Since your baby is now taking 120ml per feeding and seems satisfied, there's no need to wake them up for a feeding at night. As long as your baby is gaining weight and seems healthy, it's okay to let them sleep for longer stretches. Remember that every baby is unique, so if you have any concerns about your baby's feeding or sleeping habits, it's always best to check in with your pediatrician. Enjoy this precious time with your little one and take care! https://invl.io/cll6she
