Same experience po..lalo nung nag 7&8mos ako..more water po sis..and fruits and veg.
eat ka p0h ng kam0te pra di ka mhrapan at mka-p0p0 kn..and always drink m0re water..
Water and fruits moo. Mag Oats ka din po pwede for breakfast, effective sakin yun
same here, pero di naman nasakit yung pempem, 20 to 30 minutes din aq sa banyo,
Ganyan din ako..more fiber intake ka..more fruits and vegetables at more water
Inum ka laxative pwde un sis 2 tab sa gabi para pag gising mo poop ka na agad
Same here sis parang may lalabas then masakit sa puson 4months preggy
Pa check up ka.. or eat a lot of fruits un mayaman s fiber or oatmeal
i feel you noon sis.. maka help po papaya, oatmeal, yogurt at talbos
sundotin mo pwet mo para lumabas tae mo. ganyan kasi ginagawa ko. :)
