Just gave birth..

Thank you all for the warm greetings.. 3.04kl baby q.. Normal Delivery. Here's my experience po.. Mga 2-3weeks aq na 1-2cm, then finally I decided na mag self medicate ng primrose oil on the 39th week , tapos more on walking and squat.. On the 31st of August. 1am nagstart na ang contractions q pero tolerable pa ang pain. At 4:30 d na talaga aq nakatulog, so I decided to take a warm shower and nag poop na din aq kc alam q na manganganak na tlaga aq hehe, I also saw a bloody discharge pero konti lang.. At 5am ginising q mama q.. Sabe q mag walking kame.. At 5:30am we left the house, I kissed my children then nagwalking na kame from our house to the boulevard, bfast at mcdo, mga 1 hr kme naglakad, sinadya q sya para magtuloy tuloy ang progress ng.labor q.. Ang ganda ng view nung naglalabor aq.. Nakakarelax ang sunrise tapos ung dagat.. Nababawasan ang stress q. Around 8am I decided na punta na kame hospital.. Nakarating kme dun 8:45am I went straight sa labor room showed my admitting paper then pinabihis na aq ng that's when I saw ang dame ng dugo lumabas sakin. Mejo nasakop ang panty liner na suot q.. Tapos pag ka IE sa akin, 6cm na daw.. Tuloy tuloy contraction. I asked for a painkiller nung nag 7cm-8cm na kc masakit na tlaga, sanay kc aq sa epidural sa previuos delivery q tapos aun at 12:30pm nasa delivery room na aq.. 12:53pm nanganak na aq. Right now, I'm sitting right next to my newborn and toddler. Smiling while writing this to you. Goodluck po sa inyo.☺
