My 3 y.o. son got annoyed most of the time we don't have neighbor yet he played alone with his toys or watched tv. sometimes i bring him to playhouse or with his cousin and when he had playmates i have observed that he doesnt want to share toys

Your son needs to be exposed more and socialize with other people, especially kids of his age. It's really advisable for kids to socialize at an early age so they get to learn how to deal with them and possible challenges that they may encounter
