2days nako di makapag poopoo. What to do po mga momshies? 11weeks preggy ako. ?

Fruits sis. Mango, jackfuit or papaya Drink more water din. Pwede din fiber. Ako pag nakakinom ng anything mainit sa umaga (usually milk), nakapag poopoo ako.

Ask your OB of a safe laxative that you can take. I was given senokot before, i think its a herbal laxative that can be purchased over the counter

More water pa momsh. Constipated din ako dati. Times 3 ko lang water intake ko. Tsaka kumakain ako avocado palagi. Try nyo din baka magwork sayo.

Papaya, avocado mumsh. Pwede ka din consult sa ob mo kunh medyo matagal ka ng di na pupu dati may tinetake akong pampapupu safe naman sya sa baby

senokot po, safe for pregnant mommies :) yan po reseta saken ni ob. Tinatake ko po yan kapag di na talaga kaya ilabas yung pupu.

Ganian dn po aq. Nung first baby ko. Try nio po magconsult sa ob nio para mabigyan kayo ng tamang gamot😊😊

It's normal na constipated nag buntis. Wag i-ere ng bongga pag nag poopoop. Eat papaya and drink lot of water☺️

If everything else did not work po pwede kayo magtake ng surelax. I'm taking it regularly kasi sobrang constipated ako.

Ginawa ko mommy ng suppository ako pra d ako masyado umere at kabagin.. Constipated dn ak nung first 2 months ko po

Eat ka p9 ng fruits rich in fiber and ung watery like pakwan, avocado, peras nakakatulong magpalambot ng poop un
