How much should I pay my helper to work on weekend?

If they work for some one else on the weekend, they will be paid about 13-15 per hour. So that’s one benchmark. Another is to Calculate their hourly rate based on their wages. I would pay them a bit more than their average hourly rate to keep them happy and take good care of my family

Yours is live in helper or part time helper? For live in helpers, if you require them to work on their off day, it’s $20+/day if i didn’t remember wrongly.
