Red Packet

Hi. My first time hiring maid. My helper is only work for 1 month. My new year is coming next month. I would like to know if you give hong Pao/red Packet to helper. If yes, how much do you usually give. Thanks alot

I don’t have my own helper but my dad usually gives his helper $38-58 for CNY, my grandma give hers $28. :)
