positive in PT but nothing is seen in ultrasound

12 days delayed and tried PT with two lines which means em pregnant but when I had my ultrasound, nothing was seen. Am i pregnant or what? Can my baby be seen after weeks?

Ganyan din ako first trans v ko walang nakita pero makapal na endometrium ko nakita sa ultrasound pinabalik ako after 3 weeks nakita na sya and may hearbeat na. Pray lang po mommy. 😊
