Cant seen my pregnancy in Ultrasound

Last Feb 1 i take Home PT Test but it resulted negative, and i go to blood serum test and it said Positive. Last Feb 6 i conduct Transvaginal Ultrasound but they cant see my pregnancy. Yesterday i take another Home PT and again it resulted negative And until now my period is still missed for 15days. It is normal? Or what will i do?

Ipa try mo pa trans-V ulit after 2 weeks sis, baka meron. Pero kung wala, baka irregular lang talaga mens mo ngayon.

Kasi kanina pag check nya wala naman sya daw may nakitang tissue na clot.
