11weeks, before this I consume only asid folic, then after checkup kat KK, doc give me this is zincofer, for tambah darah. but after i consume, early morning i keep on mual and muntah. Sgt tak selesa nyaa ?? and selera makan pun takde. Risau it gonna effect the baby ?
hb saya pon makin lama mkin low..jd sy google cara utk tingktkan hb..so sy try amik pati delima setiap pg bsama ubt yg nurse bg iron & vit C shaklee lps 2mggu g check up alhamdulillah hb naik terus dr 10.3 - 11.0 then sy consume kurma & kismia jg..saya juga ambil supplement shaklee utk ibu hamil
