11weeks, before this I consume only asid folic, then after checkup kat KK, doc give me this is zincofer, for tambah darah. but after i consume, early morning i keep on mual and muntah. Sgt tak selesa nyaa ?? and selera makan pun takde. Risau it gonna effect the baby ?
Mula2 sy mkn acid folic, then bertukar kpd obimin, makin bertambah usia kandungan hb makin drop, Doc tukar kpd iron+vit b tapi sy tk blh terima, sy beli sendiri maltofer jenis tablet di farmasi, sedap, rasa mcm gula2 coklat, hb pun makin ok 🤗
