The objective of the program is not totally wrong. Abolishment of the program is not the best solution IMO. Some of its guidelines need to be revised, and most of all strict monitoring of its implementation. Maganda naman ang 4Ps, inaabuso lang natin, not only the recipients pero maski yung mga namili mismo ng recipients. Kahit gaano pa kaganda ng plano at tulong ng gobyerno sa atin, kung in the first place mali yung identified beneficiaries, the program will never obtain its objective.
