Finally received our 2nd dose! Buti umabot pa kahit 2cm open cervix na last Tuesday… Will just need wait for 2 more weeks para masabing WE ARE FULLY VACCINATED. 🥰🥰🥰

Gestational Diabetes

Hello Mommies! I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and was recently diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes… Hindi pa naman ako nirefer ni IB sa Endocrinologist pero I need to monitor my blood sugar and food intake na…. nag bigay din sya ng list of food to eat. Plus si baby need na din ng BPS at Non stress tess on a weekly basis to be safe… Just want to ask baka you can share a detailed meal plan or ang tips para s GDM. Thank you!
