Breathless and Fainting Spells during 3rd Tri

Anyone faced breathlessness and fainting spells in the 3rd trimester? I have been feeling short of breath and faint... Any tips on how to mitigate?

Yup, same here! I get hot and will perspire so easily, as compared to my pre-pregnancy. When i start to feel faint, i will sit down and catch my breath and calm myself down till i feel better. Best is to be in aircon room or use a fan to cool myself.

Maternity Leave before EDD

I've been asked whether I will take maternity leave earlier than my EDD to rest. Just wondering among mummies, what may be the pros and cons? And is it necessary to take a rest before the delivery? Thanks!

For me I already planned on 1week before Edd but give birth 3 weeks before edd

Upper stomach pain - muscle ache

I'm at 16w3days... I felt sudden pain on my upper stomach. It wasn't cramps.. just felt like the muscles being stretched. Really uncomfortable though. Does any of you know if it's normal? I read that it's nothing to worry about, likely the skin/muscle getting stretched as the uterus grows bigger...

If is no sharp pain shld e ok

Remedies for cold virus while pregnant?

I'm currently having sore throat and runny nose... I'm told not to take cold medicines, but my throat is SO SORE. Is it okay to take liang teh during pregnancy? Like chrysanthemum tea or Luo Han guo drink? And is pipagao safe to consume for preggers?
