Is consuming Blackmores Pregnancy Gold tablets daily enough or should i consume extra folic acid tabs? Thank you?

How do you know if you are pregnant If your menses didnt come back after you gave birth? Any signs? Anyone has experience?

Hi ladies,  My menses is currently late by a week and it's still not here yet. Pregnancy test indicated negative, no sign of pregnancy symptoms too. Only white creamy discharge. The thing was that I had 4days of spotting(pinkish/browish discharge) two weeks before my menses is scheduled to come. Not sure if that is consider my 2nd period within a same month.  I have been ttc since earlier of this year. Have been taking blackmores folate for the past few months and just start blackmores conceive well today. Has everyone been through what I have been through? Seeking advices:)
