Hello moms! I recently got my blood test result back and turns out I have a low red blood cell count. I’m supposed to see my gynae in a week’s time for review of those results and NIPT result. But would like to know if there are any tips to increase red blood cell count by changing diet, instead of just depending on iron supplement? I also have a fear/phobia of swallowing pills/tablets/capsules, so any clue if gynae can prescribe some sort of iron supplement in the form of liquid? Thank you in advanced!

I'm supposed to be 7wks LMP but sca. Showed 5kw2d and only a small sac, too small to s3e if there's a yoke. I have a planned flight for a weekend on my supposed LMP 11wks, should I still go? Anyone traveled during first trimester?

Just feel so bad about myself seeing how much weight I’ve gained in just a couple of weeks, my face is significantly rounder, my arms have gotten bigger, my clothes no longer fit and I look like I’m 5 months pregnant when I’m barely 3 months. Worried I’ll gain too much in my pregnancy and have a difficult time losing weight, I also read that it’s commonly expected to only look pregnant after first trimester so I feel so out of place. #FTM

Hi mummies out there anyone experience ovulation cramping slight spotting? Is there such thing? As i didn't encounter any spotting or cramping during my ovulation period but first time i did. Experience mild cramping on n off and some spotting but v mild as well...I tested with ovulation kit its has faint lines and pregnancy kit with a super faint line shadow like. There is still 13days before my period...
