Hi,im currently going for check ups at KKH under subsidy..Can i request to change to a private gynae instead as im not comfortable seeing different gynae every check ups..i understand that theres no subsidy for private gynae at KKH,im fine with that..

Have cravings for mexican food but I am not sure what I need to avoid or what I can eat. Any advice from others? Thanks in advance.

Hi Mummies, i'm in my third trimester now and my hemorroids/constipation condition has worsened :( I am taking oral/cream medication prescribed from my gynae but it's not disappearing.. I know it should get better after delivery but right now I'm so upset and affected by it because the size is not negligible :( Did y'all face the same situation? How do you deal with it emotionally?

Im at my 10th week, but i can barely keep any food in me. I'll eat small portion but vomit it out the next half an hour. Any food, including fruits. I'm only drinking milk and soya milk to keep me full. Due to the lack of food, I'm also falling sick more often than usual. Is this all normal for a 10 week phase?

Hi mummies! Anyone experiencing cramping/discomfort in abdomen randomly? Got quite a scare when a twisting pain on my bottom right abdomen suddenly started when I woke up morning.
