Hemorroids & Constipation :(

Hi Mummies, i'm in my third trimester now and my hemorroids/constipation condition has worsened :( I am taking oral/cream medication prescribed from my gynae but it's not disappearing.. I know it should get better after delivery but right now I'm so upset and affected by it because the size is not negligible :( Did y'all face the same situation? How do you deal with it emotionally?

I also have haemorrhoids from week 32 plus. It was painful and itchy especially at night. My gynae only prescribed the stool softener for me. I used the hemopropin cream to ease the uncomfort. I feel so stressful

I'm also in my 3rd trimester now and realised I have haemorrhoids 2 days ago! Now waiting for my Wed appointment to get cream from my gynae. It's uncomfortable but at least it will not affect the baby.

I got the same problem. Now, I'm having more fruits, veggies and drinking more water. Also, I try to relax and don't think much about it. It's better now.

me too :( size is as big as muscat grapes when it's bad! green kiwis really helped me on some days. hope u find some relief soon!

Regarding constipation, eat fruit especially papaya,it really help.
