Dried white papaya safe??
Helppp abt a month pregnant in my first semester & also my first time experiencing extremely bad nausea than my previous two pregnancies, my sense of smell has already heightened thus making it worse. Can someone enlighten me if its safe to consume dried white papaya strips cos i’ve alr bought & ate a few only to realise after googling its not safe to eat unripe papaya, bought it also cos i figured it’d make me feel less nauseous or any recommendations would be helpful plsss advise
False positive on test kit??
My period was due to come on monday but it didn’t. Decided to do a test on the clearblue kit yesterday. It was a negative. But in the afternoon when i saw the kit again, it shows a positive. So decided to test again with another kit this morning and it was a negative. Im also starting to see spotting on tissue after i pee. Anyone experienced this before? Is it a false positive?

SGH O&G clinic waiting time
I decided to choose Dr Dev at SGH and I got an afternoon 3+ pm timeslot. I heard that the waiting time is really long.. anyone can share your experience and the whole journey for the first appt at the clinic? I have another appt in the evening after that and I'm afraid that I won't be able to make it in time. Thank you! Update: surprisingly I didn't have to wait too long for my 3+ appointment and could leave before 5pm that day.
First gynae appointment during 14 weeks
I only managed to get my first gynae appointment at the hospital next month. I will be about 14 weeks pregnant by then. should I be concern? tried to get an earlier slot but it's all full. :(
can eat sushi during week 13
I'm now week 13. Craving for sushi. I know can't eat raw. Actually I'm not a fan or raw sushi person. How about those from photo consider raw? Some like got cucumber, egg ,seaweed etc..
Very painful ligament pain
Hey mommies i have extremely painful ligament pain Its hard for me to walk and care for my toddler I went to a&e and they gave me a panadol, 2 days mc and send me home and a referral to physio. It has been very crippling for me i cant do anything except cry at how bad it is. Has any mommies experience this? Any doctors who can help with this? I would like to badly feel better so I can get back to my normal life again but it seems that it wont happen until i give birth Im 28 weeks now
