What do eat / snack on during first trimester?

Hi, so i've just tested positive on the UPT for my second pregnancy and i'm always hungry even after eating a full meal. Can i checkcwhat do you all eat / snack on? 🫣

if u can stomach it, fruits and nuts are always a good and healthy option. Pop ur own popcorn, steamed chick peas, edamame. Plain crackers are also ok
