When will my lo hair start to shed? Is it necessary to shave my lo's hair if it doesn't shed?

No it is not necessary. Cut when you deem fit.

My lo is almost 14weeks and the recent weeks she has been napping almost immediately after her feed every 3 hours instead of playing. How much should she be napping now? Should i be concern that she is sleeping too much in the day? Her current schedule is as below: At night her last feed is at 945pm, so she will sleep from around 1030pm to 530-630am for her next feed, then sleep again until about 9am. Wake up for bath and her next feed for an hour and her afternoon feeds she usually falls asleep after her feed.

Sleep is good! They should sleep as much as possible. That's when they grow and develop.

Cough with phlegm, anyone knows if the doctor at a and e can help to suck out? Any remedies for this? Seen a pd but doesn't help

You can purchase an aspirator and do it yourself. We did it with both our kids. Usually with a cough there is flu.

Is it safe to let my 3 month old lo lean against the pillow in a sitting position? Understand her neck is not so strong yet, was wondering if leaving her in that position will affect her development?

Please don't. It's best that lo train the neck first. You can do that by increasing tummy time.
