Fish oil and obimin multi vitamins

Any mummies during pregnancy didn't't take both fish oil and the vitamin during the whole pregnancy? Im 16 weeks pregnant up till now i haven't managed to eat my fish oil, i only ate one vitamin once thats all... i know i have to take it but i cant swallow pills 😭😭 especially the fish oil.

I have problems with the fish oil too :( the taste is terrible. but for both I try to down it with ribena just to reduce the taste

No vaginal discharge in 16 weeks of pregnancy.

I am in 16 weeks of pregnancy and I don't have vaginal discharge for the past 2 days. Is it normal not to have any discharge at all? Before I had very little discharge.

I think it’s better to check with your gynae! By right should have vaginal discharge.

Small bump at week 17

I have a really small bump also not noticeable by friends and family. Somehow happy about it, but I am also worried if the baby is growing well. Is anyone facing the same? #firsttimemom #worried

Hello! I am currently in week 15 and have small bump as well! My colleagues even asked me when am I gonna get pregnant 😅 as long as your gynae said your baby is doing well or did not flag out any issue, you’re doing all good! Don’t worry! 😁

Hii mummies I received a call from kkh saying that there is a medium risk 1:825 for trisomy 18.

Do I still have to do NIPT or just don't do?? Please advise #pleasehelp #firsttimemom #advicepls #1stpreganancy

Craving for mala soup!

I am currently week 12 of pregnancy & have been craving for hotpot! I ate once mala soup at HDL and I feel my stomach is burning. May I check if spicy will hurt my baby? I’m quite worry but still I really crave for it! Appreciate & Thankyou for your reply :)

I had lots of mala during pregnancy, baby came out fine. 😊

Vitamin and fish oil

Hii, the doctor gave me vitamins and fish oil to start eating at 12weeks, now im 15weeks but i still havent started eating the pills yet because i really cant swallow pills. Any one know other options to take the vitamins or fish oil? Or if there's like gummy form or anything easier to eat? 😭

I cannot swallow pills as well but I have requested for a smaller fish oil from the pharmacist! If the vitamins pills are too big, I will use a pill cutter to make it smaller and easier for me to swallow. Also, I consume maternal formula milk to ensure I am taking in nutrients I might be missing out. I forced myself to swallow for the sake for baby’s health :’) let’s Jia you! It’s very important to take the vitamins and fish oil.
